at Benesse Art Site Naoshima
At Benesse Art Site Naoshima, photography is permitted in most areas and for most artworks with certain exceptions.
When taking photographs, please be mindful of other visitors and check our "Photography Guidelines" to protect copyright.
For the same reasons, the use of Unmanned Aircrafts (UAs) /Drone without prior permission is strictly prohibited on the grounds of Benesse Art Site Naoshima.
Photography Guidelines
- ・Photography is permitted for non-commercial and personal use only.
- ・Please refrain from using the flash, tripods, selfie sticks, telephoto lenses, and drones.
- ・Please refrain from filming videos inside the museums and art facilities.
- ・For safety reasons, we may refuse photography in certain cases.
- ・Prior press application is required for photography intended for broadcast or publication. Please click here for details.
- ・The use of art facilities and artworks photographed is the sole responsibility of the photographer. Benesse Art Site Naoshima assumes no responsibility.
