Notice of Change to the Benesse House Reservation System
To improve customer convenience, Benesse House will change its accommodation reservation system for stays on or after August 1, 2026.
During the period of transition, up to the end of July 2026, the system will differ due to your stay date at Benesse House.
The stay date up to July 31, will be using the previous system.
For the stay date from August 1 and onwards will be using the new accommodation reservation system.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
【For stays up to July 31, 2026】
【For stays on or after August 1, 2026】
* Reservations can be made starting exactly 180 days before the stay date.
* Reservations for August 1, 2026 will be accepted from February 2, 2026 at 12:00 pm.
For stays on August 2, 2026 and later, reservations will open as usual from 12:00 am.
■Requests for customers booking stays on or after August 1, 2026
If you registered as a member in the current system by 9:00am on January 13, 2026, please set a password in the new system and then proceed with your reservation.
＜Password reset procedure＞
①On the new system's reservation confirmation page, click "Forgot your password."
②On the "Password Reset" screen, enter the email address you used in the current reservation system and follow the reset instructions.
* After setting your password, please review your registered information on the "Edit Account"page.
* You can now sign in using various social media accounts.
