Notice: Opening Hours on Sunday, September 1st, 2024
Due to the approaching Typhoon Shanshan, all art facilities on Naoshima, Teshima, and Inujima will be temporarily closed on August 29(Thu.)-31 (Sat.), 2024.
We plan to open as usual on Sunday, September 1, but some outdoor artworks may be unavailable for viewing. Additionally, the opening hours for Benesse House Museum and Valley Gallery will be changed to 10:00 AM.
The opening status of each art facility is subject to change depending on the impact of the approaching typhoon. The final decision on the opening hours for Sunday, September 1, will be announced on the Benesse Art Site Naoshima website by the evening of Saturday, August 31.
Cancellation of Online Tickets
Refunds for purchased online tickets for the Chichu Art Museum, the Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery :Time Corridors and the Teshima Art Museum will be sent from e-tix in due course.
For guests who purchased online tickets cancellations are available up to one hour before the visit.
