Notice: Traffic Regulation on the premises of Benesse Art Site Naoshima and Change of the Opening Hours of Art Facilities

On July 9th, 2023, there will be a traffic regulation and change of the opening hours for some artworks and facilities on our premises.
During the regulation, please be advised to follow the guidance of the staff. Visit our premises in the morning except for Chichu Art Museum and Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery would be kindly recommended.
We apologize for this inconvenience and would be grateful for your understanding.

① Change of the opening hours

Change of the opening hours of the art facilities on the day as follows:
-Chichu Art Museum: Open 16:00 - 18:00 (Last Entry 17:00)
-Hiroshi Sugimoto Gallery: Temporarily Closed for All Day

② Change of the timetable of free shuttle bus

Timetable of the free shuttle bus will be canceled as follows:
Depart Tsutsuji-so at 14:25　／　Depart Chichu Art Museum at 14:10, 14:40

③ Traffic regulation in Benesse Art Site Naoshima

There will be a part of traffic regulation for vehicles and guests on the premises of Benesse Art Site Naoshima.
Date: Sunday, July 9th, from around 13:45 to 16:00

④Suspension of the exhibitions

Being partially impossible to look at Yayoi Kusama "Pumpkin" and outside artworks on the premises.
