You will face the nature and yourself deeply by the pleasant scent of aroma oils.
Please enjoy our yoga classes at extraordinary place in Naoshima.

Time: 7:30 am - 8:30 am

Price: JPY 4,400 per person
Includes: Rental yoga mat and yoga wear, and a bottle of water

Location: Benesse House SPA | Relaxation Room

Reservation: Advance reservation is required by 6:00 pm the day before.

Instructor: Ms. Rico Nishimura and Ms. Kana Oguchi (W/RYT 200 yoga teacher certification)

Remarks: Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before the class.

Cancellation: A cancellation should be made by 6:00 pm the day before your scheduled class.
