Hotel Benesse House Museum has performed a renovation of its guest rooms, the first one since its initial construction in 1992, under the supervision of Tadao Ando Architect & Associates.
This project encompassed the renovation of 10 guest rooms at Benesse House Museum, primarily around the bathrooms, plus a complete change of the furniture around the beds. These changes have been executed to enable guests to enjoy an even more comfortable experience, in a hotel designed to resemble in as much as possible a work of art within a museum.
We hope you will visit us at Benesse House to enjoy the natural scenery of the Seto Inland Sea from the guest windows, as well as the different artworks installed in each of the rooms as they blend gently into their surrounding space.

o We accept reservations for guest rooms at Benesse House 180 days in advance. Reservations can be made online.
o We do not operate a waiting list for guest rooms. If you cannot find availability for your required dates, please come back to the web site from time to time to check our latest availability status.
