    We are currently seeking to fill the following positions:
    • Hotel restaurant servers
    • Front desk attendants
    • Hotel shop personnel
    • Hotel cafe servers
    However, the company will assign successful applicants on the basis of their own preferences and the staffing requirements of each department. Those hired may be reassigned to other positions after a period of time.
  2. Hotel restaurant cook to prepare Western-style food
  3. Hotel facilities management
  4. Human resources and accounting staff
QualificationsExperience preferred. University graduates also may apply.
Wages As specified in company regulations
Allowances Overtime allowance, commuting allowance, etc.
Bonuses Twice a year (1.5 months' wages in the summer, 1.5 months' wages in the winter)
Benefits Health insurance, welfare pension, employment insurance, worker's compensation, retirement allowance system, benefit society
Housing Dormitory and company housing available (If there is no space available, the employee will receive a housing allowance.)
Hours 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m. (8 actual hours on the job), shift work

Working hours
  1. 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.
  2. 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m. -10:30 p.m.
  3. About 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
  4. About 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
  5. About 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  6. About 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
* Appropriate rest periods are set for each of these positions.
Conditions Part-time employees must live within commuting distance of Benesse House, Naoshima.
