At the Setouchi Triennale 2016, you can enjoy art and the picturesque scenery of Setouchi.
After a busy day touring the islands, refresh mind and body by spending a relaxing time at the Benesse House SPA.
Temperatures are changeable in this season, so warm up and treat yourself to a leisurely rest with a spa treatment.
*Customers booking at least seven days in advance of their visit receive a special autumn-only SHI.A.TSU facial featuring face oil.

Legs and Feet (60 minutes) 19,980JPY
o Aroma foot bath + leg treatment + mini reflexology treatment
Gently eases away the fatigue from all that walking, from your thighs down to your feet.
In this season, cold feet start to become a concern, so this treatment warms up your feet with a foot bath and aromatic oils blended with ginger. The mini reflexology treatment comfortably relieves tension by following the reflex zones on the soles of your feet.
This refreshing package is recommended for those experiencing tiredness from walking or coldness.

Back and Decolletage (75 minutes) 21,600JPY
o Aromatic foot bath + deep body work + decolletage treatment
A vigorous treatment that focuses on relaxing your lower back, neck, and shoulders, stiff from carrying around your bag or luggage. Warm aromatic oils ease your body's tension, while the stretching effects incorporated into the treatment help you recover from muscle fatigue.
It is also recommended for those who experience tension in the shoulders and lower back on an everyday basis.

Body and Face (90 minutes) 26,460JPY
o Aromatic foot bath + body aromatherapy + mini facial treatment
This body treatment combines a physical approach that relieves your body's stiffness and fatigue with an approach that also affects your tired mind, emotions, and "chi", or inner energy, to soothe all five senses and restore your body's natural rhythm. An enzyme drink and rosemary herbal tea will help to enhance the detox effects from the inside out as well.
This package uses oils tailored for your concerns and physical condition, and is the Benesse House spa's most recommended package.
